He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Combs and Mable Catron Combs; and his brother Kenneth Combs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Garrett Combs; his sons, C. H. Combs, Jr. (Debbie Nelson), Lynn Combs (Rosie), Nathan Combs and Eric Combs (Trina); his sister Nora Combs Millsap; his sister-in-law Opal Jennings; his grandsons, Robert Brent, Corey Combs (Whitney), Cody Combs (Harley) and Trevor Combs; his great grandchildren, Kendra, Ayden and Clayton; and his close friends, Ralph Jackson, Jack O'Dell, Cindy Alvis and Ronald Riggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Covid-19 guidelines will be followed, which includes wearing of masks, social distancing, and adherence to occupancy rules.
