It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Cleatus Spence Sr. (Bristol, Virginia), born in Wyoming, West Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Spence and Helen Spence; his wife Dreama Warf Spence; his granddaughter Candice Lauren Baumgardner; and his nephew Clyde William Spence.
He is survived by: his children, Gina Spence Brown (Mark), Kathryn Spence and Charles C. Spence II; his granddaughter Christina Lambert; his great grandchild Zachary Lambert; and his siblings, Harvey Spence, Richard Spence, David Spence, Mary Franks and Robin Headrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and host of extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to James H.Quillen VA Medical Center, Lamont St, & Veterans Way Johnson City, TN 37604.
