He is survived by: his parents, Ronnie Meade and Janet Meade; his siblings, Jimmy Meade, Darlene Herndon (Keith), Sandy Shumate (Dale) and Amy Leek (Jason); and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by several nieces, one nephew.
