He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil H. Houser, Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Bertie Lee Wyatt Houser; his wife Ella Richardson Houser; and his brothers, Chris Houser (Barbara) of Bluff City, TN and Phillip D. Houser (Mary Alice) of Athens, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
