She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hughes and Lillie Kate Hughes; her son Carlis Cook; and her siblings, Corine Terry, Robert, Clifton, Curtis, Carl and Clayton Hughes.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Hogston (Bob), Corbet (Guy) and Brian Cook (Shawna); her siblings, Coy Hughes, Connie Taylor, Clara Ledford and Catherine Mannix; and her grandchildren, Danielle Owens, Corey Guy, Bobby Hogston and Abbie Cook. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
