Turner, Matthew Duncan, Patrick Turner, Emily Turner and Carl Wesley Turner; his siblings, Tince Skeens (Paul) of Castlewood, Frances Smith of Pikeville, Kentucky, Carlos Turner (Glenda) of Castlewood, Virginia, Wesley Turner of Castlewood, Virginia and Arlen Turner (Sharon) of Castlewood, Virginia; and his close friend Arthur Hall. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
