He was predeceased by: his parent William Braithwaite. He is survived by: his parent Josephine Bish Braithwaite; his wife Teresa W. Braithwaite; his children, Kyna Beeman (Dustin), Megan Simons (David) and Blaine Allan Braithwaite, II; his wife Colleen; his grandchildren, Joey, Reagan, Harper, Elliana, Avery and Everly; and his siblings, Sharon K. Murphy (Forrest), Martha Buwa (Bob), Sue Vahary-Rosenbaum (Rosie), Melinda Eurick, Brent Braithwaite (Nancy) and Bill Braithwaite (Janey). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
