He is survived by: his wife Diana Osborne Stoots; his daughter Debora Stoots Ransom (Ellis); his brothers, Bobby Gene Stoots (Barbara) and Harry Lee "Butch" Stoots (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Nancy Stoots.
