She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Parks (Kenneth) and Cindy Lewis Millhorn; her siblings, Barbara Mayo and Wayne Hale; her grandsons, Logan Perry (Jennifer), Landon Perry (Kim), Aaron Parks (Kristen) and Jacob Lewis; and her great grandchild Azlynne Perry.
