She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Otey; and her brothers, Danny Gene Otey and Wayne Allen Otey. She is survived by: her parent Minnie Nunn Otey; her husband Mike Cannon; and her siblings, Rita Guffey (Don), Kathy Otey Waller (Buck Wilford), Bobby L. Otey (Pamela) and Gary Lynn Otey (Agnes). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
