It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Helton (Bristol, Virginia), who passed away on January 27, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Carl and Neomi Quesinberry Roberts; her husband Thomas B. Helton; and her sister Margaret Anne Frady. She is survived by: her children, Thomas B. Helton, III (Debbie) and Carol Stewart (Barry); her grandsons, Brad Helton (Tara) and Lance Helton (Shelly); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Haley, Zachary and Destinee; her great great grandchild Dawson; her sister-in-law Geri Helton; and her close friend Patricia Helton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Grace Baptist Church, 1212 Rhode Island Ave. Bristol, VA.
