She is survived by: her parent Bernice South Worley; her husband Garland Leonard; her sons, Eddie Leonard (Paula), Mike Leonard (Sandra) and Duck; her sisters, Kathy Hicks (Ed) and Vickie Fleenor (Bobby); her grandchildren, Chelsea Carrier, Brandon Leonard, Courtney Leonard and Kaylyn Leonard; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Gross, Graelyn Carrier and Grady Carrier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her faithful companion.
