She was predeceased by: her parent Neill Jefferson Burney; her husband Jack Leach Wagner, Sr.; and her brothers, Hal and Tommy. She is survived by: her parent Martha Rosa Wyche Burney. She is also survived by her four children; eleven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one sister; and several nieces and nephews.
