She is survived by: her brother Warren Mullins (Patti) of Lebanon, VA.; her sister-in-law Brenda Fleming of Clintwood, VA; her close friend Jack Barker of Marion; and her great-niece Nicole Jessee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
