He is survived by: his mother Dixie Louise Ellsworth Dougherty; his children, Lewis Allen Dougherty, III (Stella), Billy Jack Dougherty, Casey Van Dougherty, Dakota Wolfgang Dougherty and Annette Kilinski; his grandchildren, Releigh Dougherty, Allie Dougherty, Jaxon Dougherty, Austin Brinn, Tatum Dougherty and Gracie Dougherty; and his siblings, Louise Cain (Gary), Annette Dougherty (Vickie Eastridge), Judy Deyton (Terrell), Todd Dougherty (Courtney) and Craig Dougherty (Danielle). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services (417 Lee St, Bristol, VA 24201).
