He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Arrington Dent Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Elena Rodriguez Brenna (Tony) of Port Ludlow, WA, Roberta D. Silverman, Grace Linda Daniels and Thomas D. Rodriguez of Los Angeles; his sister Miriam Spevack (Ronald) of Colonia, NJ; and his grandchildren, Harlan Silverman and Louis Daniels.
