It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Louise Debord Dowling (Brightwood, Virginia), who passed away on November 17, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Cecil DeBord and Helen Blevins DeBord; her husband Daniel Matthew Dowling, Sr.; her children, Kimberly Rae Dowling (Brian Smith) and Daniel Matthew Dowling, Jr. (Lori); her sisters, Deanna Rewinkel, Brenda Tuttle and Linda Clatterbuck; and her granddaughter Meagen Dowling.
