We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2020, at the age of 83, Denton Ray Dixon (Brightwood, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Tucker Dixon and Sarah Lillard Dixon; his siblings, Mildred Dixon Ford, Margaret Dixon Smith, Randolph Tucker Dixon, John Henry Dixon and Annie Lena Dixon Kitchen; his grandson Daniel Ray Dixon, Jr.; and his great grandchild Dax Ian Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Aylor Dixon; his sons, Daniel Ray Dixon, Sr. (Teresa), Dwayne Tucker Dixon (Amy) and Darrell Walter Dixon; his grandsons, Paul Lynwood Dixon (Ally), Stephen Joseph Dixon and Matthew Tucker Dixon; and his great grandchildren, Amanda Nicole Dixon, Mila Autumn Dixon and Denton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Medi-Hospice at 941 Glenwood Station Lane, Suite 303, Charlottesville, VA 22901, Madison County Volunteer Fire Company or Beth Car Baptist Church.
