He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Maclam and Mae Maclam (Coffey); and his wife Judy Maclam. He is survived by: his stepson Mike Cupp (Joyce); his brothers, Jimmy Maclam (Carolyn) and Keith Maclam (Barbara); and his grandson Wesley Cupp. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and his dog.
