She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Lee and Shirley Mae Hevener (Trimble); and her sister Edna L. Botkin. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Johnny Botkin, Jimmy Botkin, Ricky Botkin, Linda Simmons, Carol Desper and Sharon Altizer; and her close friend Loretta Frantz.
