He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wimer and Etha Wimer (Reedy); his brothers, Bobby and Kenny Wimer; and his grandson John Kelly Coffman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kitra of Bridgewater and Krista Wimer of Bridgewater; his siblings, Carolyn Southerly (Woody) of Harrisonburg, Terri Morris (Timmy) of Bridgewater, Phillip Wimer of West Augusta and Anthony Wimer of Stuarts Draft; his grandchildren, Rachel Coffman, Allee Coffman, Gunner Wimer and Rawley Clem; and his great grandchild Breelyn Clem.
