Palmer Jr. (Bridgewater, Virginia), born in Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Ethel Palmer and Samuel Chester Palmer, Sr.; his brother John William Palmer; and his daughter Diane Geisel. He is survived by: his wife Chandra Palmer; his children, Pam Rickers (Doug), Ty, Jeff and Mitchell Palmer; his stepson Zachary Persinger (Jassica); his son-in-law Rick Geisel (Angie); his sister Linda Zinkhan; his grandchildren, Katie, Jay Rickers, Gideon and Grace Geisel; and his stepgranddaughters, Laura Gregory and Hope Petit.
