It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland Rhodes Garber of Bridgewater, Virginia, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis J. Garber and Elizabeth Garber (Rhodes); and his sister Sandra Heatwole. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Garber (Emswiler); his children, Jeff Garber and Terri Lowry (Kenneth); his brothers, Larry Garber and Richard "Dick" Garber; his grandson Dustin Garber (Sara); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Christian Anthony, David Anthony, Cozette Anthony and Tyler Anthony.
