With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Reta Mae Harold of Bridgewater, Virginia, who passed away on August 29, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chas C. Hevener and Mary Hevener (Miller); her husband Virgil M. Harold; her son-in-law Paul R. Simmons; and her brothers, Raymond Hevener and Arthur "Jake" Hevener.
She is survived by: her children, Linda H. Simmons of Bridgewater, Charles Harold (Nancy) of Dayton and Wayne Harold (Sharon) of Dayton; her grandchildren, Amanda Simmons, Christa Morris (Rodney), Kara Wilkins (Wes), Michael Harold (Holly), Jeremy Harold (Kristi) and Josh Harold (Cierra); and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Gavin, Laney Morris, McKenzie Jackson, Grayson, Whitney, Parker Harold, Connor, Lauren Harold and Nugget.
