She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Mae (Payne) and Roy Eye; her daughter Patricia Lambert; her grandson Jason Bowen; her siblings, Evertt Eye, Berlin Eye, Bill Eye, Donna Eye, Mary Kagey, Richard Eye, Lily Simon, David Eye, Nancy Pennington and Sylvia Wheelbarger; and her son-in-law Richard Bowen.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Bowen of Bridgewater, Judy Cook (Kenneth) of Bridgewater, Kenneth Lambert (Leslie) of Bridgewater and Roy Lambert (Tina) of Singers Glen; her sisters, Reba Simmons of Hinton and Betty Heron (Bob) of Franklin, WV; her grandchildren, Jessica Bowen, Travis Lambert, Michael Bowen, Heather Shipe, Tyler Lambert, Kayla Cook, Summer Lambert and Ezra Lambert; and her caregivers, Joyce Miller and Shalla Knighting. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
