He was predeceased by: his father Fred; his sisters, Wanda Bowman and Janice Armentrout; his siblings-in-law, Charlsie Miller and Bowman; and his friends, Philip Constable, Carl Sheets, Tom Scanlon and E. Ray Wine.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Miller (Stover); his daughters, Debbie Lacey (David Smith) of Harrisonburg, Judy Rees (David) of Rockingham and Amy Flick (David) of Rockingham; his sibling Jerry Miller of Mount Clinton; his grandchildren, Amber Thyson, Preson Estep (Cassidy), Lance Rees (Erin), Clara Davis (Marcus), Hillary Fields (Bobby), Chris Lacey (Samantha), Alana Moats and Jacob Flick (Autumn); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Annabelle, Leila, Kyree, Keenan, Sawyer, Theodore, Maci, Madelyn and Valen; and his caregivers, Dale Blose, Ginger Carr Long and Meredith Durham.
