It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noah Houston Plaugher of Bridgewater, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Thomas and Ollie Jane Plaugher (Long); his sister Eunice Fulk; and his half-siblings, Tilly Huffman, Georgia Moyer, Goldie Cline, Rodney Plaugher and John Paul Plaugher.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Donnie, Debbie, Rose and John.
