She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney C. Hayes and Alma Hayes (Freeman); and her spouse Thomas Franklin Butler, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Thomas Franklin Butler, Jr. (Carol) of Bridgewater, VA; her grandchildren, Xan B. Stevens (Shane) of Mt. Crawford, VA and Thomas F. Butler III (Laura) of Harpers Ferry, WV; and her great grandchildren, Leland Stevens, Carson Stevens, Brittney Butler, Hayley Butler and Tara Butler.
