She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Balser and Hester Balser (Olimski); and her siblings, Raymond Balser, Jr., Katherine Hummel and Laura Balser Breeden.
She is survived by: her children, Wallace Dale Rinker (Michelle) of Briery Branch, Joey Carson Rinker of Bridgewater, Melissa Rinker Miller (Kent) of Bridgewater, Julie Rinker Bird of Verona and Jill Rinker Dorsey of Talladega, AL; her brother Sam Balser (Linda) of Timberville; and her sister-in-law Barbara Lam Balser of Elkton. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a number of nieces and nephews.
The family is asking everyone attending the service to wear a mask.
