She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Moyers and Gertrude Mauzy Moyers Simmons; her siblings, Cornelia Grace, Maurice Moyers, Leslie Moyers and Harlan Moyers; and her stepfather Sam Simmons.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuck" Richard Rexrode (Sue) of Bridgewater and Fred "Rex" Allen Rexrode, Jr. (Debi) of Harrisonburg; her brother Lacy Moyers of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, Alison Hanifee (Sean), Chad Rexrode (Katie), Ashley Privette (Michael) and Andrea Kiser (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Evan Hanifee, Brenan Hanifee, Ty Rexrode, Luke Rexrode, Luke Kiser and Logan Privette.
