She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Charles and Ruth Webster Spangler; and her husband Dr. Frederick William Wampler. She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Marie Wampler Smith (Cecil "David" Smith) of Mountain City, TN, Ruth Wampler of Mountain City, TN and Rosalie Savita Wampler of Baltimore, MD; her siblings, Mary Garrett of Prescot, AZ, Eleanor Brogan of Salem and Jimmy Jennings; and her grandchildren, Jessica Muncy, Sarah Marie Smith, Christine Price, Gerald Seaberg and Adam Manfre.
