He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Sr. Richardson and Lucy Richardson (Baker). He is survived by: his children, Lisa Updike (Kevin) of Dayton, John Richardson, III of Bridgewater and James Richardson (Dana) of Dayton; his siblings, Lois Strauss of Estero, FL and George Richardson of Palo Alto, CA.; his grandchildren, Judah Updike (Stephanie Cale), Michael Updike (Megan Rhodes), Lyric Updike, Anna Updike, MacRae Richardson, Jack Richardson, George Richardson and Katherine Richardson; and his great grandchild Kamon Updike. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
