He is survived by: his children, Mike Acker (Dawn), Jerry Acker (Darlene) and Cynthia Sinnett (John); his stepchildren, Rick Jenkins, Brenda Thomas (James) and Reesie Staton (Darrell); his grandchildren, Travis Sinnett (Brandi), Tracey Simmers (Mark), Trenton Sinnett (Amber), Tristan Sinnett (Cari), Tamela Williams (Michael), Tiffany Hewitt (Brad) and Shawn Acker (Kristin); his great grandchildren, Payton Sinnett, Olivia Sinnett, Hailey Sinnett, Landon Sinnett, Austin McCurdy, Brooke Simmers, Mia Simmers and Kyleigh Acker; and his brother Bobby Acker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Service - Bridgewater (208 S Main St, Bridgewater, VA 22812). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
