Hendrick, Jr. of Orange City, FL, Joshua Wade Hendrick (Sarah) of Malden, MA, Matthew Seth Hendrick of Staunton, VA and Jennifer Lynn Hendrick (Jason Machado) of Somerville, MA.; his stepchildren, Kenneth Frank Rhodes (Linda) of Dayton, VA, Teresa Rhodes (Terri), Tamara Rhodes (Tami), Terri and Tami; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Frank Rhodes (Caitlin) of Reisterstown, MD, Jaime Burkholder Embres (Bryan) of Harrisonburg, VA, Chad Austin Rhodes (Elizabeth) of Dayton, VA, Andrea Plaugher Mullens (Joe) of Bridgewater, VA, Thomas Lloyd "TJ" Burkholder, Jr. (Rebecca), Crawford and Ashley Plaugher Roby (Josh) of Staunton, VA; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tyler Michael Embres, Addisyn Marie Mullens, Ava Claire Rhodes, Liza Marie Rhodes, Brielle Brooklynn Embres, Easton Thomas Burkholder, Quinn Larkin Rhodes, Benton Michael Roby, Avery Margaret Mullens, Caroline Elaine Burkholder, Mila Adelaide Rhodes, Berkley Caleb Roby and Cody William Burkholder; his sisters, Mary Louise Makely Yeatts of Columbia, MD and Geraldine; his grandmother Makely Rogers (John); his brothers, Ivan Wesley Makely (Karen) of Sistersville, WV and Kenneth Hayden Makely (Janice) of Fairfax, VA; and also Dorothy Blanche Asper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
