He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Earl and Mary Mason (Zigler); and his siblings, Floyd Mason, Marie Flory, Ina Shank and Olin Mason.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Mason (Tamara) of Silver Spring, MD, Sharon Mason (Donald Hayes) of Vienna, VA and Bruce Mason (Deborah) of Norman, OK; his sister Miriam Mason Holl of Bridgewater; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Mason, Samantha Mason, Robert Hayes, Dana Hayes, Joseph Mason and Anne Henry (Leonard).
