She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Fannie Showns Grim Sr. Helen; her spouse Varlie "Bob" Lambert; her son Varlie Lambert, Jr.; and her siblings, Geneva Jackson, Herbert, William and John Grim.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Ball (Frank) of Rockingham, VA; her granddaughter Jocelyn Dale (Matt) of Richmond, VA; her great grandchildren, Stephanie and Audrey Dale; and her siblings, Bettie Jackson, Shirley Moomaw, Doris Meza and Charles Grim, Jr. (Sharon).
