With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Harsh in Bridgewater, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Schlossnagle and Nellie Spoerlein Schlossnagle; her husband Ellis Burton Harsh; her daughter Joyce Krech; and her brother John Schlossnagle.
She is survived by: her sister Janet Earhart; her children, Gary Harsh (Sharon), Ronald Harsh (Tammy) and Gloria Bachman (Darrell); her son-in-law Stephen Krech; her grandchildren, Michael Harsh (Meredith), Jeremy Harsh (Rebekah), Andrew Bachman, Sarah Jarvis (Ryan), Jessica Kennedy (Timothy), Jason Krech and Kristen Harsh-Knupp (Aaron); and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Isaac Harsh, Emmy, Eli Harsh, Addison, Lillian Jarvis and Benjamin Kennedy.
