He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba Harmon and Emory Harmon; and his siblings, Betty Ann Burns and Donald Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Nancy C. Harmon; his children, H. Lee Harmon, Jr. (Cheryl) and Karen H. Sampson (Gary); and his grandsons, Phillip Raines, Colton Harmon, Andrew Raines and Robert Harmon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
