It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest Livingston Frazier of Bridgewater, Virginia, who passed away on March 29, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dr. Arthur Benjamin Frazier, Cathryn Frazier Seese, Joann Frazier Milam and Janice Frazier Hardy; his daughter-in-law Catherine King Frazier; and his grandson Charles Conrad Frazier.

He is survived by: his spouse Freddie Mae Fadely; his children, Daniel Livingston Frazier (Holly) of Lynchburg, VA, Timothy Conrad Frazier (Tracey) of East Hampton, NY, Rebecca Frazier McGough (Tom) of Pittsburgh, PA, Forrest Kevin Frazier of McGaheysville, VA and Andrew Kellam Frazier of Brooklyn, NY.; and his brother James Ervin Frazier of Sewickley, PA..
