She was predeceased by: her parents, Meda Argenbright (Garber) and Lonnie Argenbright; her husband Harry Newton Arey; her siblings, Don, Dale Argenbright, Leah McNett, Charlotte Whitmore and Ruth Lineweaver; and her daughter-in-law Susan M. Arey.
She is survived by: her children, Kitra Shiflett (David) of Grottoes, Bert Arey of Bridgewater, Curtis Arey (Sherrie) of Bridgewater, Carl Arey (Maxine) of Bridgewater and Sam Arey (Susan G.) of Mt. Sidney; her grandchildren, Adam Shiflett (Sara), Jason Shiflett (Kerri), Heather Robinson (David), Matthew Arey (Shana), Jeremy Arey (Kayla), Polly Cason (Steven), Abby Wampler (Zack), Autumn Barnett (Hunter), Spencer Arey (Jess), Sarah Arey (Conner Morris), Andy Arey (Jessica), Will Arey, Whitney Good, Cheyenne Good and Luke Good; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Rylee, Luke Shiflett, Lucy, Ben Robinson, Burke, Charlie Beth Wampler, Corabelle, Sawyer Barnett, Layne Arey, Olivia, Emma Cason, Grayson Arey, Madeline Arey, Anna Good and Polly Graves.
