He is survived by: his parent Tressie Waggy Bridges; his spouse Patricia Shaver; his son Stephen Waggy (Angela) of Bridgewater; and his siblings, Roy Waggy (Margaret) of Dayton, Shirley Carr of Rockingham, Joan Ward (Kenny) of Harrisonburg and Virginia Alworden (Cliff) of Cadillac.
