She is survived by: her parent Mabel Arehart (Almond); her husband Whitmer; her children, Susan Gladwell of McGaheysville, Ann JaNell Gladwell of Moneta and Charles L. Gladwell (Juanita) of Kentucky; her grandchildren, John Whitmer, Jr., Chris Gladwell, Angela Mullikin, Charles Helms and Sydney Helms; and her great grandchildren, Cate Gladwell, Lauren Mullikin and Caleb Mullikin. She is also survived by two step-sons and their families; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
