She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Lees (Clark) and Harry Lawrence Lees; her son Kurt Tyler; and her brother Stephen Thomas Lees. She is survived by: her pet Sammie; her son Karl David; her husband Howard John Bleam; and her sister-in-law Kathy Coogan-Lees.
