She was predeceased by: her parents, Nola Jean (Miller) and Charles William Kephart; her foster parents, Georgie Lambert and Eddie Lambert; and her brothers, Dana G. Nelson, Larry Kephart and Johnny Kephart.
She is survived by: her children, Kristina Danay Hoover of Bridgewater and Mark Anthony Hoover of Bridgewater; her siblings, Juanita Atkins of Grottoes, Kathy Barkley (Keith) of Mt. Crawford, Mary Sommers (Keith) of Weyers Cave, Gary Miller of Franklin, WV and Michael Lambert of Rockingham; and her grandchildren, Kaylen Hoover and Killian Daff. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
