He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Dorothy Howdyshell (Hummel); and his brother Benny Howdyshell. He is survived by: his close friend Renee Forbus; and his children, Charlie Lambert of Kettering, OH, Justin Michael of Herndon, VA and Alison Filler (Chad) of Grottoes.
