He was predeceased by: his parents, Sophronia Colley (Lockhart) and Christopher Columbus Long; his sister Patsi Colley McCormick; and his stepfather James Arthur Colley. He is survived by: his wife Lois Lockhart (French); his daughter Leslie Lockhart Intemann (Brad) of Bridgewater, VA; his granddaughters, Hannah Flora (Scott) and Ashley Intemann; his great grandchild Nathaniel Flora; his nieces, Christa Conner (Keith) and Cari Hotter (Tim); and his nephew Chandon Ford (Brenda).
