He is survived by: his parents, William Forrest Miller and Marlene Miller (Cline); his siblings, Antonia Rose Miller and Colton Dane Miller of Bridgewater; and his grandparents, Charles W. Miller, Thelma H. Miller, James R. Cline and Margaret E. Cline (Showalter). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, special cousins and friends.
