It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Showalter (Bridgewater, Virginia), who passed away on February 16, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Arthur Showalter and Erthyl Jones Showalter; and her siblings, Helen S. Miller, Norma S. Cupp, Jimmie Showalter, Waldo Showalter and Lynnwood Showalter.
She is survived by: her brothers, Neil Showalter, Tom Showalter of Harrisonburg and Jack Showalter of Hinton.
