He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean Windsor; his son John Windsor; and his daughters-in-law, Carol and Toni Windsor. He is survived by: his wife Alda Minnick Windsor; his children, Benjamin Windsor of Herndon, PA, Janet Windsor of Maryland, Dale Windsor of Dayton, VA and Paul Windsor (Cindy) of Bridgewater, VA; his niece Sally Jett; and his daughter-in-law Nikki Windsor. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
