With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Garst Rowe Daggett (Bridgewater, Virginia), who passed away on June 2, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Solomon Garst and Pearl Irene Morrow Garst; her husband Walter Wayne Daggett of Bridgewater, Virginia.; and her sister Fredda Elizabeth Garst. She is survived by: her former husband Rev. Robert Landon Rowe; her brothers, Larry Wayne Garst (Eva) and John Lemuel Garst (Shirley); her son Jeryl Rowe (Sondra); her stepchildren, Kevin Daggett (Joan) and Laura Daggett Dodd; her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Katie Rowe, Faith, Katelyn, Emily Daggett, Candice and Lydia Dodd; her nieces and nephews, Ryan Garst (Nicole), Andrew Garst and Kimberly Brocklebank (Bruce III); and her great-nephews, Riley and River Garst.
